If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages, Houston Colon may send you text messages related to your relationship with our office, including appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, patient instructions, and other patient communications.

No mobile information sharing for marketing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.

Permitted sharing for service providers.

We may share limited information with vendors/subcontractors that help us deliver messaging services (for example, texting platform providers, customer support tools, or security/compliance providers) only as necessary to provide the service and subject to confidentiality obligations.

What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Information You Provide to Us

LocaliQ is a service provider which assists us in advertising our products and/or services. LocaliQ has a retargeting product, which enables LocaliQ to show you advertisements for our Site when you visit other sites in the LocaliQ network or in third-party networks. LocaliQ is able to do this through the use of cookies that are provided by LocaliQ through its third-party partners (“Advertising Cookies”).

Google Analytics is a platform that collects data from the Site and creates reports that provide insights about visitors and their interactions with the Site.

How Do We Use Your Information?
